How the loop works

The equipment travels to the customer in the reusable packaging and comes back in it after the rental period - around 50 cycles on average. Because every rental item comes back anyway, the return leg is already part of the business model.

    • Close the packaging with the all-round zip for tamper-evident protection - no tape needed
    • Optionally secure the shipment with a security seal - completeness stays visible

  • Ship

    • Stick the shipping label onto the label holder
    • Hand the parcel over to your parcel carrier as usual

  • Send back

    • After the rental period the equipment comes back in the same packaging - the return shipment is part of the rental
    • Peel off the old label without residue, wipe the packaging clean
