Each box is unique

The GRAI (Global Returnable Asset Identifier) code is abrasion-proof on the lid of the box and

  • is a unique ID for each item
  • encodes information about product size, supplier, batch
  • is maximally compatible with all IT systems by being represented as a barcode, Data Matrix, and QR

The GTIN on the back of the box makes the model and size of the packaging easily readable in the warehouse.

Um die pfandfreie Mehrweg-Option Kund*innen anzubieten, installieren Onlinehändler einfach die hey circle App z. B. für Shopify. Kund*innen können sich dann zwischen Einweg- und Mehrwegverpackung entscheiden.

Händler können auch auswählen, für welche Versandländer der Versand in der Mehrweg-Verpackung möglich ist.

Unsere App hey circle kümmert sich darum, dass Taschen und Boxen fristgerecht zurückkommen – inklusive automatischer Rechnungsstellung bei fehlender Rückgabe direkt aus deinem Shop.
