Each box is unique

The GRAI (Global Returnable Asset Identifier) code is abrasion-proof on the lid of the box and

  • is a unique ID for each item
  • encodes information about product size, supplier, batch
  • is maximally compatible with all IT systems by being represented as a barcode, Data Matrix, and QR

The GTIN on the back of the box makes the model and size of the packaging easily readable in the warehouse.

Ja, du kannst hey circle in dein eigens entwickeltes Shopsystem integrieren. Die Integration erfolgt in mehreren Schritten: einem Kickoff Workshop, der Anbindung deines Shops oder ERP-Systems an unsere API, der Einbindung der Benutzeroberfläche in das Frontend und abschließendem Testing und Qualitätsmanagement. Der gesamte Prozess dauert etwa 2 Monate.

Können die hey circle Boxen/Taschen auch ohne IT-Integration verwendet werden?

Ja, du kannst die Mehrweg-Verpackung einfach nutzen, um z. B. die bislang genutzten Einweg-Kartons zu ersetzen.

Die IT-Integration ist immer dann von Vorteil, wenn du sicherstellen musst, dass die Verpackungen zeitnah wieder zurückgeschickt werden.
Es gibt viele Cases und Abrechnungsarten, bei denen du ohne IT-Integration arbeiten kannst: z. B. Intralogistik, B2B, geschlossene Kreisläufe (Miete, Repair, Veredlung).

Wenn du die Mehrweg-Verpackung außerhalb eines geschlossenen Kreislaufes an Endverbraucher*innen sendest, empfehlen wir dir die IT-Integration.
