The distributor ships small parts to its regular customers in dimensionally stable reusable boxes. Those customers fold the boxes flat, collect them and send them back in bulk - after which they are ready for use again straight away.

The loop suits the small-parts range. Gearboxes, large bearings, linear rails, bar stock and hydraulic cylinders continue to travel by freight forwarder - the box is not designed for that, and we say so openly. The benefit lies with the many small shipments that go out every day.
