The distributor ships in dimensionally stable reusable boxes or in shipping bags from S to L, depending on the size of the shipment. At the recipient they are folded flat, collected and sent back in bulk. After that, every piece of packaging is ready for use again straight away - for an average of 50 cycles.

The return leg does not happen by itself here, the way it does in a repair loop. It has to be organised: through regular customers with a high order frequency, where collecting and bundling pays off. We help you find exactly those customers in your existing base.

    • Pick the components as usual and place them in a box or shipping bag
    • Close the packaging tamper-proof all round with the zip or the lift-off lid
    • For high-value shipments, add a security seal or tamper-evident seal

    • Hand over to DHL, DPD, UPS or GLS as before, in the standard parcel network with no surcharge

How does the packaging come back if there is no repair loop?
